frozen/ regular banana
1
small apple
1
cup
baby spinach
1/2
cup
plain cereal
1/2
cup
nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews...)

tbsp
honey or brown sugar

dry figs (dry figs give a natural sweetness)

cup
almond or oat milk
Instructions
Blend all these ingredients in your Vitamix, blender, Nutribullet etc. to a smooth paste and enjoy your smoothie cereal bowl
Notes
Cereal gives it a nice thick blend along with a slight crispy texture.
You can totally skip sugar as banana will take care of the sweet.
Garnish with Chia seeds, your choice of nuts and some fresh fruits..
